Dampyr #172 (2014) pages 69-70: How to get a head

For the second time in this issue, a corrupt politician comes home to find uninvited gangsters in his house. Is it better or worse that it's a different gang than last time? He really needs better locks.

“The light in my study is on. This is too much, dammit! Is this becoming a habit now, sneaking into my house?”

(A gangster, but not the one he expected.) “I thought he would be scared.”

“He must be used to these kinds of surprises.”

“But... You are not Leone's boys.”

“You're way off track, buddy. But if you’re looking for Mario Leone, you'll find part of him there.” (Sergio dumps Mario's severed head on the table.)

“Ah! You’re crazy!”

“As you can see, he is not doing so well now. This means that from now on we will be your only contacts, is that clear?”

“Yes... Yes...”

“Mario Leone and his gang no longer exist. You have changed employers, and there are new provisions. We will soon get back to you to inform you of the new directives that you will have to follow without arguing. Do you understand?”

“Yes, yes I understand.”
