Dampyr #172 (2014) pages 71-72: Just finishing a snack

Harlan and Kurjak are about to break into Olimpia's lair, but her goons return from their mission first:

“Let's go in now.”

“Wait. A car is coming.”

“Go park. We'll wait for you downstairs.”

(Harlan and Kurjak watch them go in the building.) “Maybe this is a lucky coincidence.”

“I'd say so.”

(The hoods stumble on Olimpia, who is feeding on a corpse.) “Woah!”

“Olimpia…”

“Welcome back, boys. I saw you were a bit late... so while I waited, I went hunting!”

(One hood has gone to park the car. When he returns to the building, Harlan and Kurjak are inside, waiting for him...)

Once again Olimpia's appetite gets the better of her. Even knowing that vampire hunters are on her trail, she can't resist seeking another meal from the streets of Rome. This impulse is what got her sealed into a coffin three hundred years earlier.
