"Atlas Heroes: The Road to Hell" by Luke McDonnell & Bob Almond: Commission

I inked over the pencils of Bronze-age artist Luke McDonnell for the first time in 5 years for exclusive client Damon, his 127th. It's a sequential page with the short-lived Atlas Comics heroes called "Atlas Heroes: The Road to Hell", my 8th Atlas commission over the years. In it we have the Dragon, Devil Hunter (later adapted as Demon Slayer at Marvel), the Protector, Tiger Man, Destructor and the Grim Ghost. This is the sixth time I've inked Luke. Completed this today 6/5/25 and it was a nice change of pace. I started it testing a Pilot Shunpitsu pocket soft brush pen and then almost halfway through I did most of it with Kuretakes and microns.
