Rosie's Beau and Bringing Up Father partial Sunday 5/30/43 by Geo McManus

I am a sucker for McManus's work on this series and through out all eras. He is one of the true pioneers and geniuses of the golden age of comics. Contemporaries and friends with the likes of Winsor McCay, McManus went on to influence the next generation of comic creators including the likes of Herge and Franquin in Europe and Tezuka in Japan.

I particularly love the design elements and the little details like the pictures coming out of the frames.
