Man, I loved the annuals in 1994. All these Elseworlds stories kicked some serious #$$.

Doctor Faust killed the entire JLA. An underground formed to resist his arcane new world order. This page introduces their replacement League, assembled to save the world.

Panel 3 - a 3/4 Splash image of this alternate universe Superman!

11x17 approx. pencils and inks on bristol. White bristol. Inks splatter for speed effect in panel 2. All lettering done by hand.

A great page for fans of the JLA in the 90’s.
