DescriptionDave Johnson - The 7th Portal villian art c. 2000Created for Stan Lee Media. Not sure if this was ever published anywhere or if it was just internal artwork. It depicts the big bad guy, Mongor, with the cool helmet, his daughter Vendetta (bottom right), Slyme (with the cowboy hat), Krog (the rock dude), Vulturra (Spider-Woman looking clawed hand lady) and Bearhug (flame haired guy). 14 X 17 on bristol. Always cool to see Dave Johnson's lesser seen works as he is lauded by many to have the keenest design sense in the modern era. This builds the cast and throws enough shading to give each one the right weight and power.
