So Chemical King is by definition Fire Boy? This seems like an underused power.
Yes, he can create fire or destroy metals through rusting. He could create laughing gas (nitrous oxide) out of the nitrogen and oxygen in the air . Think of the ways that could have been used!
I haven't been this confused since Steve Urkel created a machine that turned him into Stephan.
