DiMeo's ink-sponge method produces some amazing results. Congrats on a killer Galactus Cover!!!
Wow! This is nice!
With my hand fetish, of course you know I'm going crazy right now. But I also love how that giant hand dictates the perspective. Beautiful and brilliant.
I'd imagine it's just epic in person at that size. Congrats!
Wow. Lucky I wasn't holding a baby.
Simone's unique style really fits this intergalactic theme.
a worthy addition to your most impressive Space Marvel gallery/extended collection theme! congrats on it being made a cover.
Beautiful cover!! Great find, congrats! The feel for the large scale nature of this piece really works.
Out in the fields, where the cover show dread
When called for Di Meos, they took for sketch
Then art came to Carl, and silence was all
A beauty shone bright, surrounded by light
C'mon now
I fell in love with an alien
I fell in love with the lines
I fell in love with an alien

I'm selling you sponge and lines
Out of this world commission~!
Living the dream indeed. So glad I could see this in all it's glory, in person at OAX. Congrats my friend and love the Polaroid too.
A stunning piece! I can see why Marvel turned it into a cover.
A beautifully rendered image, worthy of The Devourer of Worlds, just in time to celebrate his first on-screen appearance! The timing couldn't be more perfect. Congrats on a wonderful commission/cover, it shines!
An epic piece, befitting the majestic purple space giant.
I'm just waiting for Marvel to turn my DiMeo piece into a cover...
Huge! Huge congrats!
Love this one! Got excited when I saw it was going to be a cover. Congrats!
This is great! And so is having this commission turn into a cover instantly! That truly is the dream, Congrats!
Just go ahead and pick it, Snorek!
Yay! Long Live The Dream!
Simply stunning.
My GOODNESS
Impressive take on the ol' G'
Wow!! SO stunning!! And a commission that immediately becomes a published cover? SO awesome!!
One of the best (and most original) images I have seen of Galactus. Well done!
Giantic and stupendous cover!!! Huge congrats!!!
Immediate commission to cover graduation is testament to what an outstanding image it is, and quite possibly one of the best feelings in the OA universe. DiMeo is such a talent and the tonal work and use of lighting here is nothing short of stellar. Congrats on a jaw dropping cover quality commission that immediately got turned into a cover!
Wow! This is exquisite!
Your roll of amazing Galactus & Surfer art just keeps rocking on! ANOTHER fantastic addition buddy!
Wow, how does he get those effects? Magnificent version of Big G - a perfect fit in your collection. Congrats!
Powerful!
Certainly cover worthy. wow.
Wow! Perfectly cosmic!!! I love how the Surfer's small scale and Galactus' hand and planet accentuate the power of Galactus. Fab!!!
Your Space Marvel collection is getting out of this world bro!
A fantastic cover
Again, Simone makes me think he's printed something as the piece...nope, all hand done! One of his best to date, M, and that's really saying something. Congrats!
Whoaaa! Mindblowing portrayal of Gslactus from the always amazing Simone Di Meo. I thought Galactus looked huge in the new Fantastic Four movie but here he's about to grab the entire earth with his hand! Absolutely gorgeous art by Simone! Love the dark shadows and rich blavks that Di Meo uses here. Cool, too, that the primary source of light in the art is the Earth itself--Look at how the planet illuminates Galactus' hand and how the light spills over onto G's shoulder and head. This is definately my favorite Di Meo piece ever! Phenomenal pick-up, congrats!
Transcendant. Outer space has barely room enough...
