Description

Although I am not overly familiar with the character Cattivik, Spugna had the opportunity to bring him into his world and I am all for it! This short story was featured in the long running Italian comic book series, Lupo Alberto. Cattivik is an Italian comic character that originated in the 70's and has even been featured in a TV series and video game. He is considered somewhat of a crude anti hero from what I gather.

In Spugna's tale, we see Cattivik's plate full as he faces none other than a terrifying, greasy Double Cheeseburger that has come to life and wants vengeance! Spugna brings his art style and detail to every panel here and it makes for top tier cartooning. The facial expressions are wonderful, as is the onomatopoeia.

With such great inks for and around the ink blot, it's a natural fit in your gallery of pieces with fine brush finishes! Always fun when each brick in the wall has so much personality in itself.
