Batman has never been more demonically crouched and Robin actually looks handsomely mature with his squared off jaw and standing tall masculine look. The composition shows the contrast of the two by having them shown separately.
I feel like Robin is standing back at a distance because Batman is riding on top of a symbiote dragon! but then again I need to get my eyes checked soon.
Batman riding the washy inky scary wave while Robin gives his best resting bitch face! Jae Lee OAX 2025 commissions would've been rushed compared to this.

Something tells me that the story behind this piece is longer than the Grant Morrison run on Batman... very cool, though!
