This explosive sequence captures one of the most defining action moments of Amadeus Cho's rise from sidekick to successor, as he wields the Adamantine Mace of Hercules against the mythic villain The Griffin.

Reilly Brown's pencils shine here in their purest form—dynamic, energetic, and densely detailed. The massive creature design, the sweeping motion of the mace, the speed and impact lines, and Cho's forward charge all combine into a perfectly choreographed composition that spans both pages as one unified image. This is the raw storytelling power before inks or colors, showcasing Brown's structural clarity and kinetic drafting at its best.
