15" x 10.5" image area. Ink, crayon and ink wash over graphite on Bristol board mounted to foam core. Tales of the Zombie #7 Page 16 original art (Marvel, 1974). Alfredo Alcala.

With mesmerizing detail, Alcala takes full reins of the entire creative process on this page to render an immersive creepy masterpiece of Zombie story-telling. From the story, "The Blood-Testament of Brian Collier". Out of my entire collection, this is at the top of my most cherished pages.

Wonderful page - I remember it well! I was transifxed by this page when the magazine came out, and with those rich textures and beautiful Alcala lines it's easy to understand why.
