You've been around SDCC long enough to remember the table with nothing but stacks of these in the 90's. These are great stuff nonetheless with Kelly's inking being very masterful.
Yes, Greg, you're missing the the supply/demand factor. There's an endless supply and very little demand. A perfect example of something in this hobby being of high quality but few people caring.
Fun content and high art quality for a great price definately is harder than it used to be in this hobby and Walt Pogo strips certainly still fit that bill.
