BATMAN BEYOND Animation Cel featuring Old BRUCE WAYNE!

Long retired now, Bruce Wayne is impressed by the antics caused by Terry McGinnis, a teenager who just lost his father in a very similar manner to Bruce's own parent's death. Bruce decides to give Terry the offer of a lifetime - to become Batman in this original hand-painted production cel with a matching animation drawing. Bruce Wayne can be seen drinking coffee at the 19:36 timestamp of the episode as he offers Terry the position to work for him. Bruce's multilayer cel image measures 9.5" x 8.25" and is displayed over a scene matching print background for presentation purposes, while his hand-drawn image measures slightly larger at 9.75" x 8.75" and is rendered in graphite with colored pencil on 3-peg hole animation paper. Both pieces bear a Warner Brothers Production Art seal in the upper left corner. Purchased at Heritage Auctions.
