Nice Immonen double splash (and WvG is no slouch on inking him!). Zooming in to check out all the details like the visuals on the screens on the stage, pretty cool!
Beautiful spread, Newell! Stuart and Wade really crank it up to make Superstar -golden- here (he's practically shimmering on the page, his own light source, Dazzler-style!). A fun pose and perspective, to be sure, but, yeah - my favorite part is zooming in on the crowds to see what's going on down there. Wade pulled out the stops to add lots of nice texture, to make the smooth lines of Superstar's dominant figure stand out that much more against the lovely, busy grain of the audience. Super cool Superstar, Neville! Congrats!
A really neat looking DPS, and for someone like yourself who remembers this series that most don't, it's an opportunity to add great, fun art to your collection for a fraction of what it would cost had it been a well followed series. Nice grab!
