Very nice as it is both clinical in the technical aspects, but also very raw with the subject matter.
Great Powers art from Oeming! An autopsy scene and that overhead camera perspective really put you in that world right away. I gotta read this whole run, read the first few issues but many yrs ago and always enjoy Bendis' stuff need to get caught up
Great pick up, Newell! You can't see a Powers top-down autopsy spread and not immediately think of the insanely classic Retro Girl autopsy from vol. 1, #2, but ANY Powers autopsy page is a classic (which, reading that back, sounds like the type of callous and empathy-lacking line that would be justifiably lampooned in an issue of Powers... :) ). This spread is from Powers vol. 2 (2004) #7, pps.22-23 and features the hero Blackguard, um, out of his armor (shall we say). Some great images of Walker and Deena on a signature Powers procedural spread! Congrats, Newell! Great pick up!
