Being a DC guy, the Phantom Zone mini-series might be one of my earliest encounters with Colan's art. Later on, I realized how much Colan relied on inkers like Tom Palmer. And in this example, Tony DeZuniga.
Great cliffhanger with Supergirl defeated and the heroes trapped in the Phantom Zone. Colan's art added a dark edge to make the situation more dire and melodramatic!
