Five pieces of original artwork from the production of Phil Nibbelink and Simon Wells' animated sequel An American Tail: Fievel Goes West, with two posters and a print signed by Brian Bysouth. This lot comes from the personal collection of Brian Bysouth. A continuation of the popular An American Tail story, the sequel follows Fievel Mousekewitz and his family as they journey to the American West, encountering new friends and foes in a frontier setting. Produced by Steven Spielberg, the film became a well-loved family sequel. Each of the original artworks is signed by Brian Bysouth and painted in gouache on illustration boards, to which protective paper layers-one translucent, the other opaque-are attached. The posters, designed by Bysouth, along with a black-and-white photographic print of the main image, have been signed by him in silver-coloured ink.
