Kinetix Sketch Card by Jeff Moy

Jeff was working on a batch of sketch cards recently, and I was able to snag two of them!  First up is Kinetix, sporting the fantastical look she took on when a sorceress upgraded her powers, elf ears and all.  

The best thing about this card is that Jeff pulled the perspective back a bit, and included a lot more of the torso than he usually does.  You even get the tiniest bit of her grey belt in the bottom right, there.  Kinetix's costumes are always so fun and detailed, with this one in particular probably being the most detailed of all, so I'm glad we get to see so much more of it here!

This card is just so pleasant to look at.  Kinetix looks like she could have come right out of the pages of a Legionnaires comic from thirty years ago.  The colours are just stunning - the green, red-orange, and purple colour palette is a classic, and I particularly love how Jeff captured the shine of her shoulder plates.  

One thing of note is that in the comics, this particular Kinetix look gave her unnaturally pale skin, which was probably my least favourite component of all the fantastical upgrades she recieved.  That means I really enjoy Jeff's interpretation of her here, giving her a nice, healthy complexion but still keeping it well on the pale side, and not shading anything too strongly.
