Jungle Temptress and Lion Pet. Sketch #132 from Lost Worlds of Fantasy & Science Fiction #6.

Lovely figure work. I really like the reclining pose and her down leg so delicately resting on the balls of her foot. The big cat is just a wonderful bonus.

In the immortal words of Britney Spears, oops, I did it again. What is this now? My fourth set of triple Hoffmans? I really have to stop doing this. Yeah, it’s not killing my wallet. But they do add up. Not that I don’t enjoy collecting them. They truly are wonderful drawings that provide so much more joy for the money than other art that cost many times more. That being said, I actually did not place a single bid on the last batch of drawings that Mike posted. Not sure if that’s good news or bad news, so I don’t know if I’m supposed to be proud of myself or not. Haha! Anyway, hope you enjoy this delightful new set of drawings. The whole looking over the shoulder pose is a guaranteed winner. However, I wish he would list pieces that were more finished. Maybe one day I will post a couple that I got from Hoffman.

Ha! Yeah, it's getting pretty bad in both of those galleries. The good news (or bad news, according to you) is that I have two Hembecks I haven't posted yet and a third I'm watching on eBay. So it's probably going to go back and forth for a while. Luckily none of these pieces are bank busters. I mean, if you combined all my Hembecks and Hoffmans, they probaby don't even add up to the last piece I got from ComicLink or Heritage. Haha!
