Oh, they're from his head. For a second there I thought they might have been Sentinel guts. Which would probably make more sense if this was a Wolverine piece. Still fun though.

Kavi, isn't it great when you technically get 2 characters when they add the Sentinel? I like how physical the composition is, as well, the variety of armor/costume pieces.
The visor kind of has shades of the Phoenix Five visor - pretty cool!
