7.25x20.25" thin artboard contains original art pencils and inks (w/screentone accents) for the Nov. 24, 1962 Bullwinkle daily comic strip. Strip features main characters Rocky and Bullwinkle talking about Rocky having to deliver Bullwinkle buttons and decals. Original art is by Alfred R. Kilgore (1927-1983), who signed his work Al Kilgore, was an American artist who worked on the Bullwinkle comic strip for the Bell-McClure Syndicate between 1962 and 1967. A syndicated daily newspaper comic strip titled Bullwinkle which began on July 23, 1962 w/original stories that ran until 1965. Artboard has lt. aging/handling wear w/lt. margin soiling.
