The artist is probably Harry Bishop, but I stand to be corrected. 

Tarzan is under threat from a 'Vampire Spider'. An image of the published page can be found in the 'additional images'. 

The artwork was too big for my A3 scanner so I had to scan it in two halves and join the images digitally. Hence there is some slight misalignment in the image shown about half of the way down. 

The 'Tarzan' logo has gone missing. The story title has also been cut out (presumably it was reused elsewhere) leaving a hole in the first panel.
