Description
A piece I commissioned from Herb Trimpe of the Harpy from issues 168-169 of the original run of the Incredible Hulk. The Harpy was created when Modok gamma-irradiated an insane Betty Ross. One of my favorite monsters from Herb's long run as artist on the Hulk.

What a fabulous comission and a great choice from an underappreciated Bronze age artist! I also loved that run of Hulk's, especially the Treasury reprint Marvel did of them.

Great piece by Herb. An artist who is talented, and a great guy to talk with.

Great piece of art, by my all-time favorite Godzilla/Hulk artist!

Bennett, you know Herb?  Please tell me if his last name is pronounced Trimp, or Trimp-e (with a long e).  It has driven me mad for years.
