DescriptionHere's a sketch I got from CBA Gallery many years ago. I wish I had gotten it in person but, alas, that is seldom the case anymore. Steve Leialoha is one of my favorite inkers who could add all sorts of cosmic noodling to Jim Starlin in one comic and bring out the best in Gene Colan's delicate pencils in another. However, in my opinion, he was a very underappreciated penciler. (By the way, why Elektra is seemingly making the shape of a dog shadow puppet with her left hand, I cannot say. Ninja dexterity exercise?) Also, sorry for the bad photo. This sketch was already framed before I ever knew of CAF and thought of scanning art.Social/Sharing |
