Description
Bob Layton is the artist responsible for following up what Brian Bolland started in this theme. He produced Mandarin's Trophy Wall over a year ago.

Recently I took the opportunity to work with Bob again and this time to take on the characters that he ped shape and form in the Valiant Comics Universe.

Here we see Master Darque at his moment of triumph, hovering just off the ground, covered in his myriad tattoos, and the heads of the Valiant heroes mounted behind him.

You have (left to right, top to bottom):

(top row)Rai, Archer, Ninjak

(second row): Shadowman, Bloodshot, Armstrong

(third row): Solar, Eternal Warrior, X-O Manowar

Bob did a nice job on this. I love it. A founder of the Valiant Universe reunited with these great characters.

Y'know, the only thing that would make this better, is the head of Jim Shooter :)

A real beauty. Master Darque was always my favorite Valiant character.

Gosh I miss those Valiant books. Shooter's head on the wall would have been PERFECT!
