The plot is been revealed.

Dr Lopez, the plastic surgeon, made an El Fuente lookalike corpse who was hidden on the dead wagon. During the confusion caused by the bombing, the real El Fuente switched places.

That Senorita Rio, she's good.

Until I find otherwise, Senorita Rio was co-created by Nick Cardy.
