Description

I'll readily admit that I know nothing about Spain other than he was an underground comix artist. I got this from him at a small con in Houston in 1987. I happened to be working a table that was set up right next to him and we got to talking. I was fresh into collecting art at that point and was buying stuff from pretty much everyone I met, so I asked him to draw something for me. Voila, I had a Big Bitch piece. No idea if that's a character of his or what - 16 years later and I'm still ignorant as hell about the guy's work. While culling out the ol' collection a couple of years ago, I figured I'd let someone else who might actually have some appreciation for the character/art have a shot at her. Pencil/marker on 11x14 drawing paper.
