FANTASUTIKKU 4: GINGA NO KIKI / Fantastic Four: The Rise of the Silver Surfer

Ginga No Kiki I think translates at "Cosmic Crisis." And speaking of translations, when this movie came out in the theaters, Cartoon Network Japan showed the old Hannah Barbera/Alex Toth cartoon from when I was a kid. My daughter and I watched it in Japanese every day for about a month. The translation was pretty old and it was called Uchu Ninja Gomuzu Yon Nin Gummi (Gomuzu's Space Ninja Quartet). Reed was Gomuzu, which is .、similar to the Japanese word for rubber, Susie was Suji, Johnny was Fireboy or Faiyaboii and Ben was Ganrakku. Dr. Doom, I think, was Akuma Sensei. (ToonDisney Japan showed a later version that I'm not that familiar with and it, like the movie, was called Fantasutikku Foaa. It came on late at night so we
didn't get to see it.)
