This is one of those Frankenstein plates that shows that an image of the creature isn't required for the plate to be absolutely gorgeous. Nobody does snow in a graveyard like Bernie. Nobody. Thanks for sharing this work of art!

I love ALL Wrightson, but this is one of my favorites from Frankenstein.

This IS my favorite plate from Frankenstein, hand's-down. The detail and perspective are staggering, a perfect example of "when" and "when not" to draw.
