Description

This is from the March 1985 issue of Mad Magazine, page 25, "The Lighter Side of...Strumpets", actually "...Advice". He pulls out an old joke which went, "I'd never marry a man who snores!", "OK, but be careful how you find out!" and brings it into the looser 1980's. In the published version, the hottie's right cheek has most of defining line the along its bottom erased.

What was the deal with leg warmers anyway? Were women's legs especially sensitive to the cold back then?

I recently found out that, while Dave Berg was one of the most popular Mad artists to the public, he was considered something of an odd bird among the Mad staff.

That leotard is really cut high and narrow in front. If they were going to mess with the original drawing for decency's sake, why didn't they do something with that?
