Description

Betty and Veronica were my dream girls when I was twelve years old. I just love this piece and I got it for an amazing price at SDCC 2009; Betty, Veronica and, I would guess Midge looking better than they have in years (for Midge, since ever) , jumping high with legs wide apart and visibly bouncing (I'm surprised Archie allowed that). It's a perfect counterpoint to the DeCarlo Veronica Cheerleader Grail that appears elsewhere in my gallery. This one has realistic bleachers but retains the totally distracted players. The artist, Rex W. Lindsey, is the regular Jughead artist. Reassign him.

This was bought professionally framed and the black border is from the matt. I converted this to black and white because scanning through the frame made the scans green.

Yes, and he's underrated. He isn't even on the CAF resources list of artists.
