This is, hands down, the best art page (page 84, not 14 as shown) from
Birds of Prey: Platinum Flats. The girl with the guns is Lady Blackhawk, "the first female member legendary Blackhawks squadron of World War II." who has been sent to our time via a time anomoly. It's a little-know fact that World War II women combat pilots wore pleated micro-mini skirts to complement their butch leather jackets. Hope the airplane seats weren't leather.
Actually, Lady Blackhawk's costume and the fine art of people like Michael O'Hare and John Floyd are the best things about this series. I got this directly from Michael O'Hare at the inaugural Long Beach Comic Con in 2009.
