This is the April 15, 1982
Daily of World’s Greatest Heroes by George Tuska and Vince Colletta. Colletta specially signed it in the second panel. This was the successor to several strips starring Superman and Batman. Surprisingly, it is the only (as of this writing) piece I have by either of those distinguished artists.
According to another collector who might want to remain anonymous: "Colletta signed several strips from this storyline. (I have one, too.) But every one of them had the writer's name (Paul Kupperberg) removed from the credits, for reasons I do not know." The credit box here is glued on and the top part has been cut away and removed.
