Oki Raisanen cartoon, ca. 1931

This one is a little frustrating: it's signed without a date and although there's clear enough publication markings at the bottom, they read: "For the humor column of Ansu, Suomenmaa (newspaper), 2 columns - TODAY" ! At the same time very specific, and yet not giving you enough information at all! But apparently Raisanen only worked at Suomenmaa for a couple of years, drawing as well as writing the humor column himself (as "Ansu"). So that would date this ca. 1930-1932.
