Description
By the time I had seen Daredevil 163 as a 13-year-old I had already decided I wanted to be a comic book artist. After I read Blind Alley I knew exactly what kind. Don't forget Roger McKenzie's brilliant script!

The last panel is an example of how Miller brought that touch of action cinema to Daredevil. I often compare this issue with Daredevil #7. Yes, I think it is that good.

Truth, I was completely ashamed and embarrassed by my inks on Frank ( DD and Wolverine mini-series) compared to Klaus ',he being my favorite inker. I accepted the compliment (because it would be rude not to) but I couldn't look at the work.25 years later I looked at it again and thought" Pretty good" on my part. I'm told the mini is the basis for the next Jackman movie.

Hi Joe I love your art/inks, especially on Byrne's stint on Capt.A back in the day. I loved that Wolverine mini-series. I haven't owned or read in since it came out. That was a great mini-series. Thanks for all your decades of beautiful & hard work.
