Description

The Wake the Devil story has special significance to me. Not only do I feel that it's Mike Mignola's best stylistic turn throughout his artistic career thus far, but I really enjoy this story. During the time when new issues of WTD were hitting stands I was at a difficult crossroads in my life and having new issues of this story to look forward to each month was something I really needed. Sounds silly to latch onto a comic book story as much as I admittedly did during this period, but we all have our 'thing' that keeps us afloat during difficult times. For me it was this story and therefore it has always held a special place in my fanboy heart. Anyway, thanks go out to Felix Lu for selling me this one! You're one of the good one's Felix.

Fantastic page Neil. First time we see Roger, right?
