I wish it did not have to come to this.

Over a year ago, I contacted Mr. Batista in an effort to get a piece done. He agreed. And the piece took some time to complete.

Then came the hard part. Apparently, walking the piece to the local post office was more than he could do. Did he sell my piece to someone else? Did he never actually do the piece? Its hard to say. What is not hard to say is that it has been well over a year and whereas he used to provide one excuse after another, he does not even provide that anymore - no communication at all.

Mr. Batista is the artist for Garth Ennis' Jennifer Blood, cover artist for Red Sonja, Jungle Girl and Battlestar Galactica.

Obviously, I would not suggest contacting him for pieces unless you want to go through a nightmare of an experience.

I totally agree with you!He can make pieces easily but takes forever to send it.I don't think he sold your pieces,he just takes too much time to send it.

Right there by your side. Mine has taken 2 years(since I paid). He stated in in June/July 2011 he was almost done and about to wrap it up. As of November 2011, no communication AT ALL. Before long, I plan to have my own little listing similar to this one. Good luck with yours buddy!
