Description
Saw this piece first probbaly 20+ years ago- as a Chicago history buff it was an instant hit - but I couldn't afford it. The "New" Hotel mentioned opened in 1910 so my guess is it dates from them. This was done by Smith before he was doing Old Doc Yak and before he started working in film animation
