Description

Wicked title splash page to the 3-part Demon/Haunted Tank crossover story "Haunted Glory" which came from the demented mind of writer Garth Ennis. This is part 3 of the "Return of the Haunted Tank/Weird War Tales/Be All That You Can Be..." story which appeared in The Demon issues #46-48 in 1994. I love John McCrea's rendition of the General. John first draws his pencils on a separate piece of comic paper, then does the inking on a different piece of paper, so there are actually two pieces of original art.

I'm not familiar with the storyline, but I loved G.I. Combat as a kid. Nice technical detail on the M-3 Stuart light tank. No rebel flag for this version of the Haunted Tank? Too PC, DC?
