WHERE DID THIS APPEAR?

I'm not sure where this "Vampirella" Dorian Cleavenger piece was published and which collected edition book this might have appeared in. I'm not even sure if I have the right title name of the piece. It is dated 2005.

If there's any Dorian Cleavenger fans out there who has seen this image in any of his published books, I'd appreciate knowing which one so I can buy it. I collect the publications where the art I own appears in.
