Dan is a fantastic artist and I was suprised to find him at Wizard World New Orleans 2012, as I did not know he was going to be there. I wanted him to draw a Legionnaire or two Archie-style, but I was not prepared with any reference. But then I rememberd that I had a sheet of Karate Kid reference from another commission at the show, and I looked through some retailer back issues until I found an old Superboy issue that had some good reference shots of Projectra in it. And these guys were my favorite Legion couple anyway, so why not get another drawing of them together? Dan was familiar with the characters because he read Legion back in the day, so that was a plus. And he drew me this beautiful piece! They look so cute! Thanks again, Dan!
