Description

This tightly penciled illustration of Tarzan and his pals was commissioned back in 1979 but oddly was never picked up by the person who requested it. It was sold by the artist to a collector in St. Louis who in turn sold it to me a few years later. As you can imagine, a lot is lost in the scanning and resizing but I hope you can get some sense of its beauty. Golden is just incredible, deserving of every accolade thrown his way.

Fabulous piece of art, I love the way Michael drew in the late 70's. This is a true gem from a great artist, congratulations !
