I have to verify whether this was published in a FemForce card set.

After Ms. Victory received an overdose of the V-45 serum, she became the anti-heroine, Rad.

Ms. Victory is one of the golden age heroines revived by AC Comics. This piece was intended to be used in a Femforce portfolio. Many thanks to my buddy Mark Heike for selling it to me.

Mark Heike was one of the artists in the AC Comics stable that almost singlehandedly dragged good girl art (or GGA as they say) kicking and screaming (of course) into the 1990's. This was before DC and Marvel really started taking advantage (double entendre alert) of their heroines.
