Mano by Gene Gonzales

Gene Gonzales is another one of my go-to artists and I always have new ideas for commissioned pieces from him. One idea that I sent him last year (in a batch of various ideas) was for a set of colored portrait pieces of either the Fatal Five or the orignal Subs. When it came time to do this one I ultimately chose the Fatal Five, who are my favorite Legion villains. First up is Mano, the man who destroyed his own planet with the touch of his antimatter hand! I really like how in recent years George Perez made it look more like a skull than a silhouette inside Mano's helmet so I asked Gene to do that and he made Mano look really creepy! Thanks again to Gene!
