Bikini Veronica Pop Art by Shultz

I didn't try very hard for this piece and I had never heard of the artist. Now that I have it, I'm captivated. It's a pop art Veronica. I don't know how he achieved the perfect even tone for the flesh and background. (All variation is due to rippling of the art board from the use of so much watercolor.) I was afraid that it was digital art, but an examination by loupe shows the blacks, reds and blues were hand done. In person, it really pops out at you.

If only they drew the Archie girls like that in the comics now.
