Bruno Di Sano was born in Saint-Nicolas, in the region of Li�ge. His father didn't believe in the comics industry, so Di Sano studied to become a mechanic. While running his own garage, he began following correspondence courses in drawing. He published his first comic pages in 1971 in Aredit, called 'Waterloo'. Two years later, he had a short story published in Thierry Groensteen's fanzine Buck. He soon was present in the magazine Renault Contact, the fanzine A Propos De and in Spirou. He began illustrating games at A.L.I, which he did for ten years. From 1979, Di Sano cooperated with Hachel on 120 strips of 'Puppy', and he created a couple of pages for Bi-Fi.

'L'�le de Cassiop�e' was his first album, that appeared at Deligne in 1981. He continued working for his publisher by succeeding Jacques G�ron on the series 'Les Conquistadors de la Libert�'. At this time, he quit his job as a mechanic and began drawing fulltime. He made his debut in Tintin in 1984 with the series 'Arnold Le R�veur' (text by Thaulez and Dufaux) and 'Le Jeune Renaudin' (text by Dufaux and later Mythic).

In 1988, he took over the characters 'Platon, Torloche et Coquinette' from Renaud in Hello B�d� (text by Didg�). At the same time, he assisted Dupa on 'Cubitus'. He was also a versatile artist of erotic comics for the collection BD Folies at the publishing house P&T Productions. From 1996, he began another semi-erotic comic with Mythic, 'Alys et Vicky'. With Andr�-Paul Duch�teau, he produced comic adaptation of 'Sherlock Holmes' at the publisher Lefrancq. In 2001, Di Sano teamed up with Walth�ry and Mythic, and began 'Dans La Peau d'Une Femme'.
