Description

I ran across a signed copy of an advertisement poster for this comic, and then ran across a signed copy of the comic itself... Two different sellers, and the pieces signed at two different conventions, but both proudly displaying Wrightson's signature in gold ink.

I thought the Zombies painting was cool, and believe the poster is not all that common... In my time watching Wrightson sales on eBay, this was the first and only time I've seen the poster for sale.

Anyway, the prices were fair, and it's yet another chance to practice my framing and matting techniques. The upper mat was custom cut from a single piece, but I was able to use mat scraps to build up the underlying surface to allow the comic to sit in place without undue pressure around the borders.

I am beginning to feel much more comfortable with the V-Groover as well... Which is good, as I've got several more pieces and a few new ideas I'm working towards!!!
