Steve Rude is one of the best artists in paying homage to Kirby and this is a great BIG one! Wow!

I was really eyeing this on ebay. I even went so far as to contact the seller, which I usually don't unless I'm serious about bidding. Congratulations on this very iconic image!

Awesome rendition from one of my favorite Kirby Cap covers. I've said before and I'll say it again. Steve Rude never ceases to amaze me. Glorious piece of art.

Gorgeous painting of Captain America by the incredible Steve Rude. I love that he includes a barechested Steve Rogers who's just burst out of his civilian shirt at the bottom of the painting and then a much larger image of a uniformed Captain America at the top. Beautiful colors with a blue tint shadowing the Captain as the sun sets behind him, radiant sun beams gleaming across the sky. Epic pick-up, congratulations!
