Description

Another Paul Pelletier page featuring the Golden Age Flash, AKA Jay Garrick, appearing here with Flash ally (and former villain) Pied Piper. It's one of three Flash pages by Pelletier I picked up in the same eBay transaction.

This page boasts quite a few corrections and corresponding editor's notes. Some collectors don't like much whiteout or pasteups on their art, but I like to see the process -- and the corrections here aren't obstrusive at all.

Not sure who inked this page, as the Grand Comics Database lists two inkers -- Doug Hazlewood and Jose Marzan Jr. -- on the issue.
